Indian Food Consultants (IFC) is ISO Certified technical consultancy firm working in era of development of food products. With a broad vision of reducing agricultural waste in country and providing high quality, nutritious and hygienic food to the society, IFC is working as consulting firm to food processors in India and across the globe in near future.
Today, about 70% of foods produced in India are spoiled due to poor infrastructure, storage facilities, poor processing, lack of knowledge and many reasons. To reduce this food loss and to make it available at competitive cost our government is declaring various schemes and policies. Being motivated from the same, trend of entrepreneurs are moving towards food processing business.
To shape their business well, IFC have initiated consultancy activity with young brains working in era of food consultation.
About Consultant
Monarch Shah, is B.E. in Food Processing Technology and earned Gold Medal in Gujarat Technological University.
He is an Author of “Become A Food Entrepreneur”.
He had Designed about 7 machines which are Pending for Patent in Indian Patent Office.
He had worked as Consultant in Snack Food, Bakery, Beverage, Food Ingredient, Fruit and Vegetable Processing and many more Food Industries.
With his keen motto of putting research in nutshell to make business piece of cake, he had been involved / is involved in many researches as listed below.
He had worked on “Design and Development of IR- based dryer” at Mirali Agro Products, Chikhodara.
He had also worked with WINDSOR biscuits for “Change in Fuel and Burning Burner to increase efficiency” and concluded that about INR 30 Lakhs per annum can be saved by this method.
He had worked on “Preservation of Fruits and Vegetables with help of Cold Plazma” with Anand Agriculture University, Anand
He is working on “Generation of biogas (Fuel) from Production of Potato Based Products”
He has worked with more than 59 Start-Ups and helped them to Grow their Business Well.
